Provision Security Human Resource Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of security services with armed security guards and human resource services for the safety and security of students, staff, buses, assets and buildings and for smooth working of the procuring entity. Lot 1 covers security services with estimated cost PKR 1,420,000 and bid security PKR 71,000, while Lot 2 covers HR services with estimated cost PKR 1,420,000 and bid security PKR 71,000. Bids shall be submitted and evaluated under the single-stage single-envelope procedure through e-PADS. Bidders must be registered with PPRA and relevant registration and tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax or PRA, and must not be blacklisted or debarred. Bid security of 5% for each lot must be deposited through 1Link or online bank transfer against the generated PSID, with the paid slip attached as proof. An original affidavit in the prescribed format must be submitted before the tender opening meeting. Security firms must provide the required type and caliber of weapons and ammunition to guards and must quote monthly rates per security guard and HR staff inclusive of applicable taxes. The minimum government-prescribed salary rate for security guards and HR staff for educational institutions must be ensured. Successful bidders must provide a refundable performance guarantee of 8% of the bid or contract price before issuance of the service order. Bids must be uploaded and opened at 10:30 AM.
