Framework Janitorial Services Human Resource Provision Tender Notice

Framework contract for provision of human resources for janitorial services at Drugs Testing Laboratory Rawalpindi on DDP basis through open competitive bidding under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure pursuant to Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended, and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Interested suppliers, firms, companies, and distributors must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement Portal and demonstrate technical, financial, and managerial capability. Technical bids with qualification documents and financial bids must be submitted electronically, with no hard copy required. Bid security in the prescribed amount must be submitted online through a PSID in favour of the Director, Drugs Testing Laboratory Rawalpindi; physical financial instruments will not be accepted. Bids close on 2 November 2026 at 2:30 PM and open at 3:00 PM. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the Punjab e-Procurement and PPRA websites.
