Description
Supply of desktop computers, laptops with accessories, scanners and display screens of 65 inches or more under the ADP Scheme titled Chief Minister Punjab Value Addition Financing for Pink Salt for financial year 2026-27 to 2032-33, with an estimated cost of PKR 2,225,000 and 5% bid security of PKR 111,250. The procurement also includes executive tables, office tables, visitor chairs, revolving chairs, executive revolving chairs and side racks, with an estimated cost of PKR 2,560,000 and 5% bid security of PKR 128,000. Bidders may participate in one or multiple items and must quote a rate for every item. Procurement shall use the single-stage two-envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System, with technical proposals mandatory for each item and financial proposals opened only for technically qualified bidders. Bid security must be submitted digitally and be verifiable through the e-Procurement System. Eligible parties must have a registered office in Punjab, valid Income Tax, Professional Tax and Sales Tax registration and Active Taxpayer Status, and must provide bank statements for the last 3 years, annual audit reports, tax returns, qualified technical staff and at least 3 years of proven experience in procurement or supply of similar items. Bids must be submitted and opened at 12:30 PM. Offers are effective for 120 days from opening and e-bid validity continues until 31-01-2028.
