Supply Summer Winter Uniform Kits Shoes Tender Notice

Procurement of uniform kits and shoes for special students for summer and winter seasons for financial year 2026-27, including Lot No. 01 uniform kits for summer and winter with an estimated cost of Rs. 800,000 and 3% bid security of Rs. 24,000, and Lot No. 02 winter and summer shoes with an estimated cost of Rs. 500,000 and 3% bid security of Rs. 15,000. Eligible and financially sound firms or bidders with previous experience and registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments may participate. Bidding shall be conducted through the single-stage two-envelope procedure with separate technical and financial proposals. Bids must be submitted in PDF format through the Punjab e-Procurement System and opened electronically at 11:30 AM on the same day. Bid security in the form of CDR must be uploaded before closing and the original must be submitted before opening, otherwise the bid shall be rejected. Bid validity is 180 days from opening, quoted rates shall include applicable government taxes, and successful bidders must provide the items within 30 days of the supply order. A 10% performance guarantee is required.
