Procurement of uniforms, belts and shoes for the Enforcement Wing of the procuring entity, comprising Lot 1 uniforms for Enforcement Inspectors, quantity 110, with total estimated price of Rs. 880,000 and bid security of Rs. 44,000; Lot 2 belts for Enforcement Inspectors, quantity 55, with total estimated price of Rs. 129,800 and bid security of Rs. 6,490; and Lot 3 combat shoes for Enforcement Inspectors, quantity 55 pairs, with total estimated price of Rs. 550,055 and bid security of Rs. 27,502. Joint venture or consortium participation is not allowed. National competitive bidding shall be conducted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System under PPRA Rule 38(2)(a), using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with least-cost selection. Bidding documents shall be available free of cost through PPRA Punjab and the Punjab e-Procurement System. Completed, signed and stamped bids must be submitted online and technical bids will be opened online on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bid security shall be submitted online according to Punjab e-Procurement requirements.
