Outsourcing Janitorial Services Teaching Hospital Tender Notice
Description
Outsource janitorial services for Gujranwala Teaching Hospital for the financial year 2026-2027. Interested firms must have established technical, financial and managerial capabilities for the required services. The procurement will be conducted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement system under Rule 12 of PPRA and Section 5 of the Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022, using a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. E-bids must contain technical and financial offers inclusive of all applicable taxes and must conform completely to the bidding documents. Bid security of 1% of the estimated amount is required, and the original bid security must be submitted as specified before closing.
