Description
Import remaining laboratory equipment on C&F basis for the Centre for Advanced Studies in Renewable Energy under the specified research laboratory procurement. The procurement uses a Single Stage One Envelope procedure and invites manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors and suppliers. Bidders must have at least 3 years continuous verifiable experience in the relevant field, submit online annual income tax returns to FBR for the last 3 consecutive fiscal years demonstrating a minimum average annual turnover of Rs 50 million, maintain valid and active GST registration and Active Taxpayer status, and have successfully executed or currently have at least 2 independent purchase orders for import of laboratory equipment within the last 3 years, each valued at Rs 25 million or above and supported by satisfactory completion certificates or official performance verification. An original affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper of at least Rs 100 must confirm no litigation history, blacklisting or corrupt, fraudulent or collusive practices and certify authenticity of information and documents, with issuance after publication of the notice. Fixed Bid Security of Rs 1.00 million is required in the mode specified in Rule 37(2) of SPPRA in favor of Director Finance. Bidding documents are obtained and submitted through EPADS, and bidders must provide their Best and Final Price because no negotiations are permitted.
