Miscellaneous It Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procure miscellaneous IT equipment through an open bidding process under Request for Proposal without Negotiations and Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedures of PCBDDA Procurement Regulations 2024. The procurement comprises laptops - printers - photocopiers and scanners - paper shredders - video conferencing complete solution - primary internet and data bandwidth CIR - secondary internet and data bandwidth CIR - LED screens - IP phones - attendance machines - CCTV cameras and NVR - miscellaneous items - firewall and networking equipment. Bid security amounts specified for the respective categories are PKR 1,000,000 - PKR 100,000 - PKR 300,000 - PKR 50,000 - PKR 1,000,000 - PKR 50,000 - PKR 30,000 - PKR 150,000 - PKR 30,000 - PKR 15,000 - PKR 20,000 - PKR 180,000 - PKR 500,000. Bidders must have a valid National Tax Number registered with FBR and strong capability and experience in similar nature projects. Bidding documents cost PKR 5,000 non-refundable in the form of Pay Order, CDR or Demand Draft. Original bid security must be issued by a scheduled bank operating in Pakistan, remain valid 30 days beyond bid validity, and bids must remain valid for 120 days. Bidders may participate in all or any lot and no bid without required security will be entertained.
