Machinery Computer Equipment Software Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procure machinery equipment, computer equipment and software for the Ministry during financial year 2026-27. Sealed tenders are invited from firms and authorized dealers having proper shops and telephone facilities, registered with Sales Tax and possessing vendor numbers or NTN, with Sale or Service Center in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. The procurement uses a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Earnest money of 600,000 PKR must be submitted through Pay Order, Demand Draft or Call Deposit in favor of the Drawing and Disbursing Officer or Section Officer (Cash and Accounts), Ministry of Interior. Rates must be quoted for original and genuine brands and remain valid until 30 June 2027. Firms must provide registration certificate, NTN, Sales Tax Registration Certificate, vendor number and bank account or IBAN, along with a 100 PKR stamp-paper affidavit confirming non-blacklisting and absence of disputes with Government organizations. Rates must be uploaded on EPADS and original bid documents and supporting hard copies must also be submitted.
