Photocopier Machine Installation And Commissioning Tender Notice
Description
Procure a photocopier machine including installation, commissioning, configuration and test operation for Bacha Khan University Charsadda. Bids are invited from well reputed manufacturers, authorized dealers, firms, distributors and suppliers registered with income tax and sales tax departments and on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR. The procurement will follow a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under KPPRA rules. Bid Security of 2% of the total bid value must be submitted in the form of CDR in favor of Treasurer Bacha Khan University Charsadda. Bids must be submitted electronically through the KPPRA EPAD System, with one hard copy each of the technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes submitted before the deadline. The original 2% CDR must accompany the Financial Proposal, an affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming attachment of the original CDR must accompany the Technical Proposal, and a scanned copy of the Bid Security must be uploaded on the EPAD system.
