Project Management Consultancy For House Solarization Tender Notice
Description
Hire a Project Management Consultant for the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Solarization of Houses Initiative, Phase-1 (50% Subsidized). The consultant must hold valid PEC registration with specialized codes 1210-Renewable Energy Sources and System and 1235-Surveying, Evaluation and Loss Assessment, together with service codes 0537 Engineering Design, 0542 Design Review, 0545 Procurement Services and 0547 Supervision/Inspection of Equipment Installation. The consultant must also be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and Federal Board of Revenue. Selection will follow Quality and Cost Based Selection through a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the applicable KP procurement rules. A pre-proposal conference will be held at Main Committee Room, PEDO House, Sector 38/B-2, Phase-V, Hayatabad, Peshawar on September 17, 2026 at 1100 Hrs. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through EPADS and hard-copy submission is not allowed. The technical proposal will be opened at 1430 Hrs on the scheduled opening date in the presence of authorized representatives who choose to attend.
