Annual Framework Contract For Departmental Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Procure computer stationery, stationery, other items, cost of other items, printing and publishing, IT equipment, furniture and plant and machinery under an Annual Framework Contract for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement will be processed under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Separate technical and financial bids, duly signed and stamped and conforming to the tender documents, must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Eligible firms must provide up-to-date Income Tax and Sales Tax Registration Certificates and other relevant documents specified in the tender documents, and must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late or improperly submitted bids will not be considered.
