Entertainment Gifts Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Establish a framework contract for entertainment and gifts. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order service providers and joint ventures where applicable must be engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments or authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. Bidders must submit separate electronic bids for each lot in which they wish to participate and contracts will be awarded separately for each lot. The procurement will use a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. The allocated budget is 1,500,000 with Bid Security of 75,000. Bid security must be submitted electronically in the prescribed form in favor of the Section Officer (General), Youth Affairs & Sports Department; physical CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order is not accepted for the e-Bid Security requirement. The original Bid Security must also be submitted in the specified envelope before the electronic submission deadline.
