Purchase of laboratory kits, reagents and chemicals on Reagent Rental Basis for the year 2026-27 for an Automatic Hematology Analyzer with CBC 3-Part Differential and an Automatic Hematology Analyzer with auto loader and CBC 5-Part Differential. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System under the applicable Punjab Procurement Rules as amended and uses Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding. Interested applicants must register on the E-Procurement System, and bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions will be available to registered bidders. A 2% bid security of quoted items is required and acknowledgement or evidence of the deposited bid security must accompany the technical bid. All pages must be signed and stamped, and bids must contain the required index and checklist. The bid closing time is 10:00 AM on 28 September 2026 and opening is at 10:30 AM on the same date.
