Framework contract for purchase of equipment and instrument store items for Financial Year 2026-27 and purchase of laboratory kits - reagents and chemicals on a reagent rental basis, including an ESR analyzer. Bids are invited electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System from eligible registered bidders. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under applicable Punjab PPRA rules. Bid security equal to 2 percent of the quoted price for the relevant lot must be deposited in the bank, and acknowledgement slip or other evidence of deposit must be attached to the technical bid. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available to registered bidders through the e-procurement portal. The tender title must be clearly mentioned on the first page, and all pages must be signed and stamped. Bidders must provide a proper index and checklist.
