Vehicle Bulletproof Tyres Purchase Tender Notice
Description
Purchase of vehicle tyres including bulletproof tyres for the Ministry during financial year 2026-27 under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Sealed tenders are invited from firms and authorized dealers having proper shops and telephone facilities, registered with Sales Tax and possessing vendor numbers and NTN numbers, with sale or service centres in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. Bid security or earnest money of Rs. 350,000 is required through Pay Order, Demand Draft or Call Deposit in favour of the Drawing and Disbursing Officer or Section Officer (Cash and Accounts). Rates must be quoted for original and genuine products and remain valid up to 30 June 2027. Suppliers must provide registration certificate, NTN, Sales Tax Registration Certificate, vendor number and bank account or IBAN details, quote rates through EPADS and submit original bid documents and supporting certificates in hard copy. A non-blacklisting affidavit is required. Sub-standard items will not be accepted and applicable contractual consequences may follow under PPRA rules. The procurement covers vehicle tyres and bulletproof tyres.
