Framework Contracts Hospital Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Framework contracts for FY-2026-27 covering local purchase of medicines - general store items - medical gases - printing and stationery - X-Ray items - IT items - laboratory and blood bank supplies - and dental supplies. The estimated costs are 8 Million for medicines - 3 Million for general store items - 2 Million for medical gases - 2 Million for printing and stationery - 2 Million for X-Ray items - 1 Million for IT items - 2 Million for laboratory and blood bank supplies - and 1 Million for dental supplies. Contractors and firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax are invited to participate through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost is to be submitted online via PSID. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by the stated deadline and will be opened on the same date. The Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure applies under PPRA Rules 2014 as amended. The procurement encompasses medicines, general hospital stores, medical gases, printing materials, stationery, X-Ray supplies, information technology items, laboratory supplies, blood bank supplies and dental supplies.
