Electro Medical Equipment Other Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for FY-2026-27 comprising Electro Medical Equipment with an estimated cost of 876.664 Million - Plant and Machinery with an estimated cost of 160 Million - IT Equipment with an estimated cost of 7.2 Million - and Furniture and Fixture with an estimated cost of 3.92 Million. Bids are invited on CIF/FOR basis as specified in the bidding documents from reputed firms and contractors registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Professional Tax and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR. Procurement shall follow Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014 as amended under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement against each tender separately and will be opened through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 1% of the estimated cost is required separately for each tender through the prescribed PSID. The procurement covers electro-medical equipment, plant and machinery, information technology equipment, furniture and fixtures for a cardiac medical institution.
