Bulk Purchase Medicines Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Bulk purchase of medicines under the second phase on framework contract basis for the financial year 2026-27 for Benazir Bhutto Hospital, Rawalpindi, with an estimated cost of Rs. 47,802,150 and bid security of Rs. 956,043. Offers are invited from well-reputed and experienced firms registered for GST, PST and Income Tax and registered on E-PADS. Bidding documents containing the requirements are available free of cost through the PPRA website and E-PADS. Bid security equal to 2% of the total tender value in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee in the name of the Medical Superintendent is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS and will be opened on the same day. Hard copies of e-bids are not required. The Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure will be adopted and all assessment and procurement procedures will be governed by PPRA Rules and E-PADS. The procurement concerns bulk pharmaceutical medicines, hospital medicine supplies and framework-based medicine procurement for FY-2026-27.
