Miscellaneous It Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of miscellaneous IT equipment through an open bidding process under Request for Proposal without negotiations and Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedures of PCBDDA Procurement Regulations 2024. The procurement comprises separate lots for laptops - printers - photocopiers and scanners - paper shredders - videocon complete solution - primary internet and data bandwidth CIR - secondary internet and data bandwidth CIR - LED screens - P phones - attendance machines - CCTV cameras and NVR - miscellaneous items - and firewall and networking equipment. Experienced and reputable bidders with valid NTN registered with FBR and meeting the specified criteria are invited to participate. Complete bidding documents containing detailed specifications, criteria, terms and conditions are available against a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000 payable by Pay Order, CDR or Demand Draft. Bids must include the prescribed bid security in original from a scheduled bank, valid for 30 days beyond bid validity, while bid validity is 120 days. Bidders may participate in all or any lot. The procurement covers laptops, printers, scanners, shredders, internet bandwidth, LED displays, attendance systems, CCTV surveillance equipment, NVRs, firewalls and networking equipment.
