Unani Medicines Government Shafakhanas Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of Unani medicines comprising 181 line items for Shafakhanas of the Government Unani Section under the administrative control of the District Health Officer, Khairpur for Financial Year 2026-27. Bids are invited through EPADS from authorized distributors and registered suppliers of Unani drugs and medicines who are on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR or SRB as applicable. The procurement follows the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under Rule 46(1) of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 as amended. Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions and the schedule of requirements are available free of cost through EPADS. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS only, and hard copy or manual bids are not accepted. Conditional, telegraphic, faxed or late bids will not be entertained. Bids must be accompanied by bid security of 2.5% as specified. The procurement covers Unani medicines, traditional medicines, herbal medicines and pharmaceutical supplies for Government Shafakhanas.
