Medical Equipment Surgical Instruments Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply of medical and laboratory equipment, surgical instruments, specialized Operation Theatre instruments and allied patient care equipment, together with repair of machinery and equipment for the financial year 2026-27. E-bids are invited through EPADS from suppliers, firms, manufacturers, importers and authorized distributors appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR or SRB as applicable. The Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under Rule 46(1) of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 applies. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS only and interested bidders are required to register on the EPADS system. The original tender fee instrument and bid security must reach the procuring agency before the electronic bid submission deadline. A tender fee of Rs. 3,000 applies to each listed tender category, while fixed bid security is required as specified in the bidding documents. In case of a public holiday or unforeseen circumstances, submission and opening will take place on the next working day at the same venue and time. The procurement covers medical equipment, laboratory equipment, surgical instruments, specialized OT instruments, allied patient care equipment, machinery repair and equipment maintenance services.
