Local Purchase Medicines Surgical Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Framework rate contract for Local Purchase medicines, dialysis items, surgical and disposable items under FY 2026-27. The procurement is divided into independent lots and follows the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. For Lot No. 1, bidders must hold the applicable valid Drug Sale License and be pharmacies, manufacturers or distributors. Technical responsiveness, financial evaluation and award are determined separately for each complete quoted lot. The estimated value is PKR 10,000,000 with 2% bid security of PKR 200,000. Bids must be prepared and submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement, with a separate 2% bid security for each quoted lot in the prescribed form and manner. Prices include delivery to the hospital and taxes are to be treated according to applicable law. The procurement covers medicines, dialysis supplies, surgical products and disposable medical items.
