Prequalification Of Court Residence Construction Firms Tender Notice
Description
Pre-qualification of eligible firms and contractors for construction of residences for officials and officers of Lahore High Court at Phullarwan, District Lahore, ADP No. 3233/2026-27. Approximate cost is PKR 3141.842 million and time limit is 24 months. Pre-qualification is open to firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category CB and above with a valid 2026-27 license and specialized codes CE10, EE05, ME02 and ME03, with adequate experience in projects of similar nature, scope and complexity. Applications and supporting evidence must be submitted online through Punjab e-Procurement System; manual submissions are not accepted. Clarification may be sought through the designated e-Procurement section. Only pre-qualified firms will be invited to the subsequent bidding process.
