Procurement of one winter uniform and two summer uniforms per student for special students for FY 2026-27. The Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure applies to firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax. Total estimated cost is PKR 2,800,000 and bid security is 5 percent, PKR 140,000, to be submitted through the prescribed digital mechanism using 1Link, PSID or Digital Bank Guarantee.
