Description
Procurement of an audio and video conference system for Punjab Financial Advisory Services. Bids are invited from firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers registered on Punjab e-Procurement System and with relevant registration and tax authorities. Partial bidding is not permitted and the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure applies. Estimated total cost is PKR 5,800,000 inclusive of applicable taxes and bid security is PKR 116,000, equal to 2 percent, to be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted through Punjab e-Procurement System; a pre-bid meeting will be held on 18 September 2026 at 11:00 a.m. and bids open at 11:30 a.m. on the submission date. Manual, hard-copy and courier submissions are not entertained.
