Description
Procurement of loan origination, management and collection modules for program-based credits including consumer, micro and agricultural credits under a three-year framework contract for goods, works and non-consulting services. The Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure applies under KPPRA rules. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 18 September 2026 at 1500 hours. Bids must be submitted only through EPADS and the tender opens at 1600 hours. No hard copy or manual submission is accepted.
