Road Sweeping Solid Waste Management Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of a contractor, firm or company approved by LWMC for sweeping of roads, footpaths and greenbelts and collection, lifting and disposal of solid waste at the government-approved landfill site at Lakhodair for Quaid-E-Azam Industrial Estate, Kot Lakhpat, Lahore. Bidders must be contractors, firms or companies approved by LWMC and registered with FBR for Income Tax, Sales Tax and PRA, with their names appearing on the active Tax Payers List. Bidding shall be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended to date on a single-stage one-envelope basis through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidding documents are available through the PPRA website, PIEDMC website and Punjab e-Procurement System. Completed, signed and stamped e-bids must be submitted electronically by 03:00 PM on 01-10-2026 and bids will be opened at 03:30 PM on the same date. The bid must contain bid security of Rs. 432,000, stated as 2% of the estimated cost, in favour of PIEDMC and issued by The Bank of Punjab, with the original bid security submitted digitally on the e-procurement portal. Incomplete, late, unsigned or unstamped bids or bids submitted through an unspecified mode will not be considered. The procurement concerns road sweeping, footpath cleaning, greenbelt cleaning, solid waste collection, waste lifting and disposal at an approved landfill site.
