Description
Punjab Financial Advisory Services invites bids for procurement of an audio and video conference system. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers must be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System and with relevant registration and tax authorities. Partial bidding is not permitted. Procurement will follow Single Stage One Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Estimated total cost is PKR 5,800,000 inclusive of applicable taxes and bid security is PKR 116,000 representing 2% of the estimated amount. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 18 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids must be submitted electronically and will be opened at 11:30 AM.
