Transport & Masstransit Department intends to procure services of a reputed testing agency for recruitment of staff for Punjab Provincial Transport Authority Lahore. Expected collection of registration fees is PKR 110,920,000 and digital bid security is PKR 2,218,400 equal to 2% of expected collection. Bids must be submitted through e-PADS by 12 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM. Physical bid security is not accepted; a Digital Bank Guarantee must be transmitted through Punjab e-Procurement System. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies and financial bids are evaluated on least-cost basis.
