Framework contract for procurement of high-performance liquid chromatography solvents for Drugs Testing Laboratory Rawalpindi. Eligible suppliers, firms, companies and distributors registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System must demonstrate technical, financial and managerial capability and comply with the qualification criteria contained in the bidding documents. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the Punjab e-Procurement portal and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website. Procurement will follow open competitive bidding under the single-stage two-envelope procedure in accordance with Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended, and the Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
