Vehicle Mobile Food Testing Laboratory Tender Notice

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety and Halal Food Authority invites e-bids for procurement of suitable 2800cc vehicles for establishment of Mobile Food Testing Laboratories. E-bids are invited from original manufacturers or authorized dealers having approved 3S quality services and relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax registrations with active taxpayer status. Bid solicitation documents are available free of cost through the authority, KPPRA and EPADS. Bids must be submitted through EPADS by 4 October 2026 at 1:00 PM and opened at 2:00 PM. Bid security or earnest money equivalent to 2% of total bid cost is required in original form of CDR or DD. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 21 September 2026 at 12:00 PM. Pro Tip: The procurement covers 2800cc vehicles, mobile laboratory vehicles, food testing laboratory transport, laboratory mobility and specialized vehicle outfitting requirements.
