Supply Of Stationery Tender Notice
Description
Supply of stationery for the financial year 2026-27 under separate Head or Lot procurement. Estimated amount is Rs.600,000 and fixed bid security is Rs.18,000. E-bids are submitted separately for each head or lot under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security is 3% of estimated cost through Digital Bank Guarantee via Punjab e-Procurement System and physical CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft is not accepted. Rates must remain valid until 30 June 2027 and supplies are to be made as and when required during the financial year. Bids will be opened at 03:00 PM. Pro Tip: The procurement covers stationery, office supplies, writing materials, paper products, administrative consumables and general departmental stationery items.
