Local Purchase Medicines Dialysis Items Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for local purchase of medicines on day-to-day or bulk basis and dialysis items for LP, SSP and UHI services at THQ Hospital Ali Pur. Eligible manufacturers and authorized sales and service dealers may participate through Open Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The estimated amount is Rs.15.0 million and bid security is 2%, with item-wise bid security also applicable where specified in the bidding documents. Bid security is to be submitted in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order in favor of the Medical Superintendent. Bids must be submitted online through the EPAD portal by 11:00 AM on 8 October 2026, and the technical proposal will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 11:00 AM on 8 October 2026.
