Laptops It Accessories Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of laptops and IT accessories for Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment and Research, Lahore for FY 2026-27. Eligible manufacturers, sole agents, sole importers, authorized agents or distributors, general order suppliers and other eligible bidders registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and with relevant registration authorities and tax departments may participate. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA 2014. The estimated cost is Rs.7,600,000/- and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost of quoted items. Bid security must be submitted through Bank of Punjab as specified with the technical proposal. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening. Items must be quoted with both brand and generic names. Hard copies of e-bids are not required. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on 8 October 2026.
