Framework Contract Blood Bags Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for purchase of blood bags for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible manufacturers, authorized sales and service dealers, suppliers and firms may participate. Procurement shall be conducted through the E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted online through the e-procurement system, while original bid security in the form of bank guarantee, CDR, pay order, bank draft or call deposit must also be physically submitted. The estimated cost is Rs.2 million and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Relevant procurement terminology includes blood bags, blood collection bags, transfusion supplies, blood banking consumables and medical disposables.
