Procurement Items Rd Laboratory Establishment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of various items for establishment of an R&D Lab at Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan with an estimated amount of Rs.1,800,000 and bid security of Rs.90,000. Manufacturing companies, sole distributors and well reputed firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments are eligible to participate. Procurement shall be conducted under the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014. Bids must be quoted in the prescribed financial bid with all applicable taxes included, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder for the tender as a whole. Bid security must be submitted online exclusively through the Bank of Punjab and no physical CDR, bank guarantee or pay order will be accepted. Complete bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System, with bid opening conducted electronically in the presence of bidders or representatives. The successful bidder must furnish a performance guarantee of 5% of the purchase order value for six months. Laboratory equipment, R&D laboratory items, research equipment, scientific laboratory supplies and laboratory procurement are relevant terminology for this requirement.
