Procurement Uniform Items Special Students Tender Notice
Description
Provision of uniform items for special students for Financial Year 2026-27 through the Single Stage-Single Envelope Procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax are eligible to participate. The estimated cost is PKR 900,000 and bid security is PKR 45,000 representing 5% of the estimated cost, to be submitted in the form of CDR under Rule 27. All bid documents must be submitted through E-Procurement, while the original CDR must also be submitted in hard copy in favour of the Headmaster before the e-bid submission deadline. The successful bidder must deposit a performance guarantee equal to 8% of the contract value and execute a formal contract agreement before issuance of the supply order. Quoted rates must be in Pakistani Rupees and inclusive of applicable duties and taxes. The bid validity period is 180 days from publication. Uniform procurement, student uniforms, special education uniforms, school clothing and educational institution supplies are relevant procurement terminology for this requirement.
