Procurement Health Items Medical Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of health items and medical supplies through the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa e-procurement system, including laboratory items and reagents, X-Ray items and dental items or materials where applicable. Rates must include all applicable taxes and delivery charges to the consignee store and remain valid for at least 90 days from opening. Bidders must provide current NTN, General Sales Tax registration and relevant category registration. Firms quoting laboratory items or reagents, X-Ray items and dental items or materials must provide valid DRAP license or registration and manufacturer authorization where applicable. Samples must accompany quoted items where required and must be sealed and labeled. Bid security is required through the prescribed Pay Order, Demand Draft, Call Deposit Receipt or Bankers Cheque. Awarded items must be delivered within 15 days of the supply order, while defective, expired or substandard supplies are subject to rejection and return at supplier risk. Technical manuals, circuit diagrams and training for end users and biomedical engineers are required where applicable.
