Staff Services Electric Inspector Office Tender Notice
Description
Provision of janitorial services, security services and other staff services under a framework contract, comprising one Naib Qasid, two Chowkidars and one Sanitary Worker for the Office of Electric Inspector Sargodha Region. The estimated contract amount is PKR 1,920,000. Services are required for eight months from 1 November 2026 to 30 June 2027, with possible extension for up to two years on a yearly basis subject to satisfactory performance, mutual consultation and approval of the competent authority. Chowkidar services have no holiday requirement. Eligible firms, companies and joint ventures must be registered with SECP and relevant registration authorities including EOBI and PESSI and with applicable tax authorities. Procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System.
