Medicines Laboratory Consumable Items Tender Notice
Description
Supply of drugs and medicines - laboratory reagents and kits - X-ray films of different sizes - miscellaneous and consumable items - diet items for indoor patients for Sindh Police Hospital, Karachi for financial year 2026-27. Tender documents may be obtained against fees of Rs. 500 per head from 29 September to 13 October 2026 during office hours. Bidding shall use the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, with separate sealed technical and financial proposals. Sealed tenders in duplicate with 2.5% earnest money of the total estimated bid cost through Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit, Demand Draft or Pay Order must be submitted by 14 October 2026 at 2:00 PM and opened at 2:30 PM. Eligible bidders include manufacturers, suppliers, authorized dealers and reputed firms registered with FBR for applicable taxes, with documentary proof, and firms must not be blacklisted, involved in litigation with a procuring agency or have abandoned government work. Conditional tenders will not be entertained and rates shall be quoted in Pakistani Rupees.
