Medicines Surgical Disposables Vendor Registration Tender Notice
Description
Walk-in registration of bidders and firms for local purchase of medicines and surgical disposable items on a day-to-day basis through the designated online portal and petty or limited purchase through quotation for medicines and medical devices and surgical disposable items. For local purchase registration, eligible retail pharmacies must hold a valid Drug Sale Licence issued on Form 9. For petty or limited purchase through quotation, manufacturers, sole agents, importers of foreign principals and distributors holding a Drug Sale Licence on Form 11 are eligible. The registration and bids are for the tender year 2026-27 and may be renewable or extendable up to 30-08-2027. Bid security of Rs. 50,000 in the shape of CDR is required for each procurement category and must accompany the Technical Bid. Sealed bids must be submitted in person by an authorized representative by 14-10-2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Bids must be tape or ring bound, properly paginated, signed and stamped. Procurement shall be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended.
