Annual Repair Maintenance Ventilators Tender Notice
Description
Annual repair and maintenance contract with parts and materials for 04 ventilators for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible firms must have established technical financial and managerial credentials, be registered with income and sales tax departments and be registered for e-procurement on the Punjab E-Procurement Portal. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure shall be followed. E-bids must be uploaded through the Punjab E-Procurement Portal by 14-10-2026 at 10:00 AM and tenders will be opened through the portal on the same day at 10:30 AM. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 05-10-2026 at 10:00 AM. Earnest money at 2% of the quoted item is to be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System by the closing date and time. Procurement shall be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended.
