Contractors and firms registered with PPRA e-Procurement and Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories and codes may participate. Bid security must be paid online through Bank of Punjab by generating PSID. E-bids must be submitted by 15-10-2026 at 12:30 PM and opened at 01:30 PM. Manual bids are not accepted. Lowest bidder must deposit performance guarantee up to 10% as prescribed.
