Procurement comprising three lots: Lot 1 includes Stationary with estimated budget Rs. 22.0 million, Printing & Publication Rs. 25.0 million, Computer Stationary Rs. 20.0 million, Cost of Other Stores Rs. 6.0 million and Others Rs. 4.0 million; Lot 2 includes I.T. Equipment Rs. 20.6 million, Purchase of Machinery Rs. 35.0 million and Purchase of Furniture Rs. 35.0 million; Lot 3 includes Transport of Goods Rs. 2.26 million, Entertainment & Gifts Rs. 6.00 million and Conference/Seminar/Workshop Rs. 7.20 million. Total estimated procurement is Rs. 183.06 million with total CDR at 5% of Rs. 9.153 million. Bidders must be manufacturers, authorized dealers, sellers or traders registered with relevant registration and tax authorities. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS and bids must also be submitted physically within the stipulated period. A single package containing separate Technical and Financial bids is required. Goods must be brand new and original and supplied within 15 days from the purchase order. E-bid submission closes on 13-10-2026 at 10:00 AM and opening is at 10:30 AM.
