Description
Laying of forcemain from Nishter Colony Disposal Station up to Dullu Khurd, Ferozpur, Lahore. The estimated cost is Rs. 466,760,355 and digital bid security or e-bid security is 5% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 23,338,010, verifiable through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible suppliers, contractors and companies must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System, hold a valid PEC license in category C-5 or above with specialization codes CE-09 and CE-10, and be registered with FBR and PRA with active filer NTN and PNTN. E-bids must be submitted online by 13-10-2026 at 12:00 PM and technical bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on the same day. Hard copies are not accepted. The successful bidder must furnish performance security of 10% of the accepted tender price, and bids are valid for 120 days.
