Rehabilitation Reconstruction Roads Tender Notice
Description
Procurement covers rehabilitation of Murala Road from Sat Sira Chowk to DHQ Hospital, length 2.50 Km, District Mandi Bahauddin, and reconstruction and widening of road from Wasu Bangla Chowk to New Sabzi Mandi, length 0.80 Km, District Mandi Bahauddin. Estimated DNIT costs are 24.419 million with earnest money of 1.221 million for the first work and 32.080 million with earnest money of 1.604 million for the second work. Eligible engineering firms and contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category or codes and possess a valid PEC license for Financial Year 2026-27, and must be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement system. Bids and bid security shall be submitted digitally through Punjab e-Procurement, with bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost. Physical bid securities shall not be accepted. Bidders shall quote item rates, total amount against each item and grand total in the financial proposal. Rates quoted as percentages above or below estimated or DNIT cost shall not be accepted. The lowest evaluated bidder shall submit 10% performance guarantee within 15 days of receipt of the offer letter. Responsive bids shall be downloaded and opened in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee.
