Auction Shops Canteens Cafeteria Tender Notice
Description
Renting out and auction of shops, canteens and cafeteria in the main campus. Eligible tax-registered bidders may participate, with Income Tax registration required for shops and Income Tax plus GST, PST or PRA registration required for canteens and cafeteria. Bidding for canteens and cafeteria shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, while shops shall follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bid security is 5% of the estimated annual rent of each shop, canteen or cafeteria. The total estimated annual rent for 33 canteens, cafeteria and shops is Rs. 12,665,295 and total bid security on that basis is Rs. 633,265. Bidding documents cost Rs. 5,000 for cafeteria/canteens and Rs. 2,000 for shops and must be deposited in the University Main Account. Tenders must be submitted by 10:00 AM on 19-10-2026 and opened at 10:30 AM the same day.
