Project Director, Revamping of Non-Teaching DHQ Hospitals across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Health Department Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites bids through EPADS under National Competitive Bidding from registered Printing Presses for procurement of Design and Printing Material for PMIU Revamping of Non-Teaching DHQ Hospitals across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for financial year 2026-28. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA Act 2012 and Rules 2014. Bid solicitation documents are available through KPPRA, Health Department and EPADS portals. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 5 October 2026. Original bids through EPADS must be submitted by 14 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Mandatory bid security/earnest money is a flat Rs.1,000,000 from each bidder in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee in the name of Project Director. Bidders are required to offer competitive rates and negotiations on quoted rates are not allowed.
