Hospital Supplies Equipment Framework Contracts Tender Notice

Framework contracts on package-wise basis for supply of Day-to-Day Local Purchase Medicines, Surgical and Disposable Items with estimated budget Rs.15,000,000 and bid security Rs.300,000; Radiology Items Rs.4,500,000 and Rs.90,000; Miscellaneous General Store Items Rs.20,000,000 and Rs.400,000; Stationery Items Rs.1,000,000 and Rs.20,000; Linen Items Rs.2,000,000 and Rs.40,000; Printing Items Rs.1,000,000 and Rs.20,000; Dental Items Rs.1,500,000 and Rs.30,000; Laboratory Items Rs.6,200,000 and Rs.124,000; Blood Bank Items Rs.1,850,000 and Rs.37,000; Dialysis Unit Items Rs.7,500,000 and Rs.150,000; Bio-Medical Gases Rs.1,450,000 and Rs.29,000. Eligible bidders include manufacturers, sole agents, importers and authorized sale and service dealers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and Punjab e-Procurement. Separate bidding shall be conducted for each package through Open Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Bid security of 2% of the quoted package must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement; physical CDR, Bank Guarantee and other physical financial instruments will not be accepted. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted online by 15 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on the same date in the Conference Room of THQ Hospital Zafarwal. Bid validity is 180 days from opening. Bidders are responsible for technical or internet failures and corrupt, unreadable, virus-containing or incorrectly submitted bids shall be rejected.
